Partnership with Pool Engineering to install a new dock and metal building for SSRAA.  From to preliminary design meetings to completion, the project was completed in 8 months.  The metal building was installed with insulated metal panels.  

Marble Construction started this 18,800 SF Commercial building in August of 2014 and it was complete prior to the 2015 summer tourist season.

Marble Construction completed a 15,475 Square Foot Metal Building with a Mezzanine on time and in budget in early 2014. The building included an insulated metal panel wall and roof system.  

The Sande home features 5 Star Energy Construction with such features as a wood pellet fired hot water hydronic system, heat recovery ventilators and custom craftsmanship including round log stairs and rock fire place. Construction included extensive site development on a challenging parcel of land and includes a residential use dock.

The Hiatt rental unit is affordably built taking advantage of materials that are both cost effective and offer low maintenance. The unit was designed to meet moderate level incomes and would be similar in construction type and cost to the proposed worker housing in the RFP.
